The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has been separated to two distinct Board Committees, namely, the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, with effect from 5 March 2025.

Consequent thereto, the compositions of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee are as follows:-
