The Board of Directors of Southern Score Builders ("Board") is pleased to announce that SSSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 1 July 2024, accepted a letter of award dated 1 July 2024 from SARSB to act as turnkey contractor for the proposed development of 3 residential apartment blocks comprising the following:

1. Block A - 198 free cost residential units from level 8 to level 36;
2. Block B - 358 free cost residential units from level 8 to level 37;
3. Block C - 238 affordable housing units from level 8 to level 37;
4. 1 facility floor and swimming pool on level 8;
5. 8 floors of podium car park;
6. 1 guard house; and
7. 1 unit Tenaga Nasional Berhad Stesen Suis Utama 11kV;

on Lot No. 201575 Off Jalan Taman Melati 1, Mukim Setapak, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur ("Project") for a total contract sum of RM315.0 million ("LOA").
