The Board of Directors of SSBB (“Board”) wishes to announce that it has deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of proceeds raised from its private placement exercise which is part of its regularisation plan completed on 9 November 2022 (“Private Placement”). The Company had raised gross proceeds of RM108.61 million from the Private Placement (“Private Placement Proceeds”) following the listing and quotation of 543,047,900 ordinary shares of the Company (“Placement Shares”) at an issue price of RM0.20 per share on even date.
