Further to the Company's announcement made on 2 June 2023 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding entered with MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd and Guangdong Bright Dream Robotics Co. Ltd. (“MOU”), the Company wishes to inform that there is no specific timeframe stipulated in the MOU. Nevertheless, the Company wishes to clarify that the MOU is effective from the date of the MOU until execution of a definitive agreement or notice of termination by either party, whichever is earlier.
