Pursuant to Rule 9.04(o) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“ACE LR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of SSBB wishes to announce that the Company has on 1 June 2023 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd (“MCC”) and Guangdong Bright Dream Robotics Co. Ltd. (“GBDR”) with the intention to form a partnership to implement and develop robotic construction technologies in Malaysia.
