The Board of Directors of SSBB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened at a later date for the proposed new shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.
A circular to the shareholders containing details of the abovementioned proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
