Upliftment Of GN3 Status

Kindly be advised that with the completion of SSB's Regularisation Plan, SSB has regularised its financial condition and level of operations and no longer triggers any of the criteria under Rule 2.1 of Guidance Note 3 ("GN3") of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.

After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has decided to approve the SSB's application for an upliftment from being classified as a GN3 company. Pursuant thereto, the upliftment of SSB from being classified as a GN3 company will be effective from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 9 November 2022.
