Listing And Quotation Of SSB's Entire Issued And Paid-Up Share Capital Of 2,272,589,562 SSB Shares, Upliftment Of GN3 Status And Reclassification Of Sector

Kindly be advised that the listing and quotation of SSB’s entire issued and paid-up share capital comprising 2,272,589,562 ordinary shares of SSB (“SSB Shares”) on the ACE Market pursuant to the Company's Regularisation Plan will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 9 November 2022.

Further, SSB's shares will be reclassified under new sector and sub-sector with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 9 November 2022:

The Stock Code, Stock Short Name and ISIN Code of SSB remain unchanged.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") also notes that with the completion of the Company’s Regularisation Plan, SSB has regularised its financial condition and level of operations and no longer triggers any of the criteria under Rule 2.1 of Guidance Note 3 ("GN3") of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.

After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Securities has decided to approve the Company's application for an upliftment from being classified as a GN3 company. As a result thereof, Bursa Securities wishes to inform that the upliftment of SSB from being classified as a GN3 company and the upliftment of suspension in trading of the securities of SSB will be effective from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 9 November 2022.
