We refer to all previous GN3 announcements made by the Company as well as announcements made in relation to the Regularisation Plan (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
Kenanga IB had on 20 October 2022, on behalf of SSB, announced that the Share Consolidation has been completed.
Further, Kenanga IB had on 26 October 2022, on behalf of SSB, announced that the Board of SSB has fixed the issue price for the private placement of 543,047,900 Placement Shares at RM0.20 per Placement Share.
The Company will release further announcement(s) when there is material development in relation to the Regularisation Plan.
