Pursuant to Rule 9.19(38) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of SSB wishes to announce that the Company's External Auditors, Messrs Moore Stephens Associates PLT had expressed a disclaimer of opinion and material uncertainty related to going concern in the Company's audited financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2022.
