We refer to the Company’s previous announcements in relation to the Regularisation Plan (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of SSB, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Board of SSB has fixed the issue price for the private placement of 543,047,900 Placement Shares at RM0.20 per Placement Share on 26 October 2022.
For clarity, the trading in SSB Shares has been suspended from 14 December 2020 and will continue to be suspended until the completion of the Regularisation Plan.
