We refer to the Company’s previous announcements in relation to the Regularisation Plan (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of SSB, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Share Consolidation has been completed following the consolidation of 288,750,000 SSB Shares into 28,874,995 Consolidated Shares. Accordingly, every 10 existing SSB Shares held by shareholders of the Company have been consolidated into 1 Consolidated Share, subject to any fractional entitlement which has been disregarded and/or dealt with by the Board of Directors of the Company as it deemed fit and in the best interest of the Company.
For clarity, the trading in SSB Shares has been suspended with effect from 14 December 2020 and will continue to be suspended until the completion of the Regularisation Plan.
